I trained as an HES engineer in mechanics, completed by a Postgraduate in Business Management & Organization.
 

Experiences:

• Creation of several start-ups active in digital marketing,

• Development of an international sales network
  (including Marketing and Distribution),

• Implementation of mgt systems: ISO 9001 and ISO 13485,

• Organization: Lean Management, cost reduction,

• Project management: SAP implementation, IT management, outsourcing,

• Product development: product design methodology,

• Operational management: mechanical production for the watchmaking and medical sectors

My perception of the industry, supplemented by a wide range of multidisciplinary experiences, gives me the ability to act optimally in many areas and in the most complex situations to achieve convincing results efficiently.

As a regular practitioner of many mountain and endurance sports, I like to get out of my comfort zone.  

• 2019: GR 20 (Corsica) in 4.5 days, solo and autonomy

• Winner of the Patrouille des Glaciers 2018 (race A1 – S III)

• Zurich Ironman Finisher Triathlon
